- Release the Pressure (run by Mental Health Matters) has a free helpline – 0800 107 0160. It also runs a text service – text ‘Kent’ or ‘Medway’ to 85258 for free confidential support
- NHS App – allows you access a range of NHS services
- Kent County Council health services – including mental health support
- Medway Council health services – including mental health support
- One You Kent – help to make lifestyle changes if you’d like to lose weight, stop smoking, get more active or reduce or alcohol intake
- Mental health help for new parents and parents-to-be – support for mums, dads, partners and carers
- A Better Medway – easier ways to be healthy
- Six Ways to Wellbeing – tips to improve your mood, reduce the risk of depression, strengthen relationships and keep healthy
