Culturally sensitive support for ethnic minority communities

This service is aimed at people from ethnic minority communities. It can help you manage your mental health, feel like part of the local community, improve your confidence and become more independent. This is a service that has lots of experience of working with sensitive cultural topics and understands cultural values. Group activities to improve mental health
