Tracey’s story
When Tracey first contacted Live Well Kent, she was experiencing anxiety and finding it difficult to leave the house. She was out of work and the whole situation was having a negative effect on her confidence.
Tracey was assigned a worker who helped her build the confidence to experience new things including joining arts & crafts groups and visiting the gym.
She also received counselling and was taught how to refer herself into other medical services if needed.
We quickly saw a change in Tracey and she eventually ended up running a craft course for one of our partner organisations. By contacting us, she is now looking at a brighter future.
