Kent Homeless Connect helps vulnerable people with complex support needs who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. We are a network of specialist services that prevents people from losing their homes. If people have already become homeless we help them to access and maintain accommodation. The service is funded by KCC and provided by Porchlight and Look Ahead.
